Ingredients
125g or 1 Cup of Gluten Free Plain Flour.
4 Large Eggs or 1 Cup of Eggs.
137ml of Milk or 1 Cup of Milk.
This Recipe Makes 12 Servings.
Yorkshire Pudding Tin Needed.
Method
Preheat your oven to 230 oC / Fan 210 oC / Gas Mark 8
Drizzle Sunflower Oil into the bottom of your Yorkshire Pudding tins and place this in the preheated oven, alternatively place a very small amount of lard in each tin.
Take a Medium Size Cup, you are going to use this cup to measure out your
Ingredients, or alternatively use the measurements given.
Measure out all the ingredients into a large bowl, and mix well until the mixture is fully smooth.
Being careful take your Yorkshire Pudding tin out of the oven and pour your mixture into each tin. As you are pouring the mixture into the tin you need to hear a sizzle, this ensures your tins are hot enough. Fill these to about halfway then place back into the oven.
Cook these for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Carefully remove from the oven. Your fluffy golden Yorkshire puddings are now ready to be served.
Enjoy your Gluten Free Fluffy Yorkshire Puddings.

Lots of Love Eve-Grace.
